Mallika Singh

After a 15 year long stint in various Indian and foreign banking companies, Mallika re-routed her career from reading balance sheets to baking. Now a professional Pastry Chef, Mallika has combined her passion for travel, food and anything natural to create chemical free treats using natural ingredients.

She completed her bachelors in Commerce from Punjab University and masters from Annamalai.

She received her Diploma in Patisserie, from City & Guilds, London through their affiliation with Lavonne Academy of Baking Science & Pastry Arts, Bangalore.
